What are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs depend on the product category and the country of delivery.
- Netherlands: from €7.50
- Europe: from €10.00
For orders of 6 items or more, we are happy to provide a customized transport price. Please contact us. The exact costs are always visible directly in the checkout. See the rates per product type below.

Special notes for shipments to UK and Switzerland:
- We do not ship individual packages to the UK, but we do ship pallets. Import duties are to be paid by the customer.
- For packages to Switzerland, we charge €50 per item. Import duties are to be paid by the customer.
- Please note: bar tables consist of two packages (oil drum + top), so transport costs are charged twice.
What is the delivery time for standard products?
The following delivery times apply to all standard products that can be ordered directly from the webshop
Benelux: 2-5 business days
Germany: 2-5 business days
France: 4-7 business days
Rest of Europe: 5-10 business days
What is the delivery time for personalized products?
Personalized products must be custom-made. Therefore, the delivery times differ from standard products. Please allow the following delivery times for personalized products:
Logo on drum: 5-10 business days
Custom RAL color: 5-10 business days
Laser-engraved logo on wooden top: 5-10 business days
Full color sticker on table top: 5-10 business days
Full color wrap: 4-5 weeks

Who will deliver my order?
Your order will be delivered by the best provider in your area. When you place an order, you will receive a track & trace and you can immediately see by whom and when your order will be delivered.
Can I also pick up my order?
Yes, it is possible to pick up your order for free. Our pick-up location is:

RETURNS
Can I return my order?
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your purchase within 14 days of receipt.
You can only return the product if it is undamaged. Personalized products (logo and prints) cannot be returned.
How can I return an order?
Download one of the return forms below and fill in the information on the form. Stick the top part on the box of the return package and put the bottom part in the box.
