The flame-resistant -also called flame-extinguishing- lid makes the trash can thus fireproof. It fits exactly on the metal 60 L BinBin trash cans. At some businesses -such as gas stations- flame-extinguishing lids are mandatory.

There is a 14-cm hole in the flameproof lid. This was deliberately kept on the small side. You don’t want large trash thrown into the bin because the bag will be too heavy.
